I have had a BLAST this year, even though, as ever, nothing went as planned and a whole bunch of things went crazy.

After my initial batch of people who never showed up to start blogging, everyone hung in there for a good long time!  I lost two bloggers late in the game: CrazyKimmy made it through 33 posts before crashing, even though she only learned about Blogathon Friday afternoon, and Llama Go Mooo… made it >THISCLOSE< to the end before throwing in the towel.

But everyone else has kept going, kept ME awake, and done a great job!  So HUGE SHOUTOUTS AND MEGA LOVE!:

Last minute highlights:

remembering the stars gets reinstated after power outage in her area affects Internet connection.
Blogging 4 Parkinsons had resorted to Blogthings during the wee hours.
I Aim to Misbehave got by with pic spams.
Justine earned 8 pledges totaling $223.00.
Jake lost home Internet connection [Comcast!!!], but had a Blackberry as back-up.
And sohorhapsody was making an icon , stumbled on tech difficulties, but kept on going! Now has 3 HP icons to show for it.
